I had a problem with my first pair being slightly damaged because of the way they were shipped together with another item. I emailed pictureyourlife.com.au and they resolved the problem very quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. Pros: They are cute and light. Cons: They are only printed on one side, so if they happen to swing you will see the back of what looks like a button. They rattle a little, but that really doesn't bother me.
