I'm so glad I got to design my own! Played Mass Effect recently so I decided to create a Mass Effect theme. Pros: 1. The images turned out very sharp and crisp 2. The alignment from one panel to the next is perfect; no issues with image placements on the umbrella itself vs how I had it designed online 3. It has a curved handle, and is comfortable in the hand 4. The canopy is good quality/doesn't feel cheap. Cons: The release button got stuck once, but once it became unstuck, worked perfectly. This order was the large, hook handle design. Pros: The colors were exactly right, bright bold and colorful. Shipping was under 3 weeks. Cons: only one tiny minor color stain that no one but me would have noticed. No umbrella sleeve cover. It takes about 5 minutes to cut away the plastic protective covering. :-).
