The morph feature really makes the mug unique and the fact that the artwork is custom really make it a great product. Pros: Morph features, very nice looking. Cons: The print's clarity could be improved. My image was high quality but the print's sharpness isn't 100%. Still very impressed with it nonetheless. The artwork can't be extended right to the very top and bottom of the cup. Would have loved if it covered the entire area of the cup but it's fine. Depending on the color of the photo you use, you may be able to see a bit of it under the black/brown. It is still a pleasant surprise when the dark, barely visible photo comes out in it's full, vibrant glory. Pros: Works like any morph mug should, vibrant picture underneath.
