The fabric is soft. The strap is very adjustable so that it is impossible not to be able to adjust it to the length that you desire. The zippers are sturdy. The pockets are plentiful and in all of the right places. I love the longer design so it doesn't feel as bulky as other bags that are holding the same amount of stuff. The picture quality was not as fantastic as many of my other products, but I did not use the best of pictures either. That is my only tiny complaint.
